What’s Covered:

• Structural or craftsmanship-related defects (e.g., solder joints coming apart, bezel loosened due to fault in construction)
  
• Issues caused by natural flaws in materials that affect wearability
  
• Loose or lost stones due to our error in setting (within a reasonable time of normal wear)

If something like this happens, we'll happily repair or replace it—free of charge. All we ask is that you cover shipping to and from our studio.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear over time (scratches, patina changes, oxidation, tarnish, broken chains)
  
• Damage caused by accidents (dropping, crushing, or exposure to chemicals like perfumes or pool water)
  
• Lost jewelry (including missing earrings, necklaces, or rings)
  
• Changes in size (but we do offer resizing services for a small fee!)

Need a Repair Outside the Warranty?

We want you to love and wear your Bonfire piece for years to come. If your jewelry is damaged due to wear or mishap, we offer affordable repair services and will always do our best to bring it back to life. Just send us a message and we’ll guide you through your options.

Care for Your Magic

To help your piece last a lifetime, we recommend:

• Storing it in a dry, closed box or pouch
  
• Avoiding water, lotions, or harsh chemicals
  
• Using a polishing cloth regularly
